Gastronomic winter experience in Pollenca 22 January 2022

Welcome to our gastronomic winter experience in Pollenca, Mallorca.
We meet at Son Oliver in Pollenca at 1.00pm where our members are invited by Chef David Rias and team of Terrae La Mesa for their latest gastronomic winter experience. Chef David Rias and his team will take their kitchen outdoors and accompany us for a stroll through the olive farm, teaching us about Mallorquin culture and the production of extra virgin olive oil while telling the olive farm’s history.
Afterwards Terrae La Mesa treats us to a three-course degustation menu:
Jamon de Pato | Cabrito Confitado con Guarnición de manzana y coll | Crema de limon helado de crumble y merengue paired with delicious wines.
A great gastronomic winter meet-up to enjoy with fellow club members. This event is limited to a capacity of 15 participants.
